SHIPMENT INFORMATION

 

a) SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as the merchandise is shipped, ELEONORABONUCCI.COM sends an e-mail with the tracking number of the shipment provided by UPS.

The customer can check the state of the shipment on WWW.UPS.COM by typing the tracking number of the shipment in the proper field. In this way the precise and updated movements of the shipment will be shown. Otherwise an e-mail can be sent to customerservice@eleonorabonucci.com, and our agents will provide the customer with the state of the delivery.

 

b) SHIPMENT INSURANCE

The shipments of ELEONORABONUCCI.COM are free insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance loses its validity.

 

When the goods are delivered, the customer is asked to carefully examine the package before signing the  effective receipt of the goods. The packages of  ELEONORABONUCCI.COM are carefully wrapped up with adhesive tape marked by the sign “ELEONORABONUCCI.COM”.

 

If the package looks like tampered or if the adhesive tape turns out not to be intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt adding the words  “WITH RESERVATIONS”. Otherwise the customer can refuse the delivery.

 

If, for any reason, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered  to the address provided by the customer in the sales contract, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These amounts will be deducted from a potential refund due to the customer by ELEONORABONUCCI.COM.

 

c) SHIPMENT DATE

Orders are shipped from ELEONORABONUCCI.COM in Viterbo, Italy, from Monday to Friday, after the confirmation of the payment and the confirmation of the merchandise’s availability. Orders carried out on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday  will be shipped on Monday.

Orders paid via bank transfer are shipped only after the transfer being credited on ELEONORABONUCCI.COM’s current account. 

Every ELEONORABONUCCI.COM’s shipment includes an official invoice  that declares the value of every  single item in Euro. Invoices for items in sales state the discounted prices.

 

US SHIPMENT INFORMATION

US Citizens and NON-US Citizens living in the US who import goods are required to pay import fees and taxes to the US government Customs Agency.

Private US Citizens and non-US Citizens living in the US who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must give this number  to the express courier.

Non-US citizens who DO NOT have a US Social Security Number can provide a CBP - Customs Border Protection - assigned number. Generally it takes 10 working days.

All orders from the ELEONORABONUCCI.COM website will be subjected to import fees outside of the European Economic Community and it is the Customer’s responsibility to comply with import regulations and pay import fees.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address, according to ELEONORABONUCCI.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon the re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual refund.
