If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the purchase or the size chosen by the customer is not exact, the unused items can be returned within 10 days after the delivery. The return is free.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES OR TAX IS AT THE CUSTOMERS' EXPENSE.
If the customer, after returning an item, chooses to be refunded, Eleonorabonucci.com will refund the customer for the value of the item.
The shipment fees paid for the first shipment will not be refunded.
Any import tax or custom fees paid by Eleonorabonucci.com when receiving the return will be deducted from the refund.
The customer must follow the instructions stated below and, if every information is correct , he will be immidiately given of the RETURN AUTHORIZING CODE. This is the code the customer needs in order to return the parcel and make the item change or to get the refund as soon as possible.
a) ITEM CHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND.
Please, verify the following requirements before shipping the item:
The item must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. It must be in the same conditions in wich it has been shipped and must be packaged in an orderly way.
The red guarantee seal must be intact and it must not have been removed from the item.
The item original labels must not have been removed.
The return must be made within 10 days after the delivery.
Please, contact the RETURN SERVICE at returns@eleonorabonucci. indicating the reasons of the return request.
Fill in the return form received per email after contacting the customer service to get the return authorization code .
The return is free.
Notice that any custom fees or import tax are at the customers' expenses.
Please indicate in the requirng return e-mail the codes of the items which have to be returned and inform us about the kind of compensation you want: size change, colour change, item change or refund.
The Customer Service Office of ELEONORABONUCCI.COM, after receiving the return request, will send to the customer a written confirmation including the authorizing return number. The customer is asked to write this number on the return form received per email.
After filling in the return form, please print it and attach it outside the package so that it can be accepted by our return office.
Please note that packages which do not have the return form attached outside will not be accepted.
The return must reach the ELEONORABONUCCI.COM's head office within 10 days after receiving the written confirmation sent to the customer by our Customer Service Office.
The returned merchandise is subjected to inspection. This is at the only discretion of ELEONORABONUCCI.COM and it must conform with all the return conditions above indicated. If the items returned do not comply with the return conditions, ELEONORABONUCCI.COM will give the customer the oppurtunity to have the merchandise back at the customer's expense.
ELEONORABONUCCI.COM does not accept returns for underwear items and swimsuits.
b) DEFECTIVE GOODS RETURN OR MISTAKEN SHIPMENT
If the customer receives flowed items or in case of mistakes in the shipment due to ELEONORABONUCCI.COM, the customer is asked to follow the same instructions above stated.
ELEONORABONUCCI.COM will pay the return and the shipment of the item for the change.
Please note that , ELEONORABONUCCI.COM reserves the right of asking a photografic evidence before authorizing the defective goods return.
ELEONORABONUCCI.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. Furthermore ELEONORABONUCCI.COM reserves the right to inspect and to assess the conditions of the returned merchandise, deciding possible expenses needed to put the returned item(s) in sale again.
All the returned items are subjected to inspection by ELEONORABONUCCI.COM and they must comply with all the return conditions.
If the returned items successfully pass the inspections, the customer will receive the confirmation e-mail by the Customer Service Office of ELEONORABONUCCI.COM.
In case of defective merchandise, if the customer wishes a size change or a new item as a compensation , he will receive the substitution items through free shipment by ELEONORABONUCCI.COM.
If the customer asks for the refund, the amount will be immidiately credited by ELEONORABONUCCI.COM.
The credit will appear on the Customer's Credit Card statement approximately after 30 days since the receipt and the acceptance of the returned item.
